STORE AND RETURN POLICY

 
 

At Fika Cafe, we strive to provide our guests with the highest service standards, tasty coffee and quality goods. We want you to love our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please reach out to our team about a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at info@fika.ca with your name, order number, what you wish to return and why. We’ll do our best to make things right.

Please note that the merchandise needs to be returned unused and in the same condition as it was delivered and that you must return your product within 15 days of a return request. 

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The product price does not include shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Sales tax is applied where required. After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order was placed. We ship via Canada Post and do not guarantee the arrival time of the package. 

We do not charge sale tax for items shipped to addresses outside of Canada, however, your country may apply customs/import duty. You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes or customs brokerage fees. These amounts must be paid at the time of delivery.  We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what they may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information. If for any reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by customs officials or delivery is otherwise unsuccessful, shipping charges are not refundable. 

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
